Résumé Après sa collaboration de haute volée avec Sunn O)), le grand Scott Walker revient avec la bande originale du film The childhood of a leader (L'enfance d'un chef en français) réalisé par Brady Corbet avec Robert Pattinson, Liam Cunningham et Bérénice Bejo. Il s'agit de la première bande son composée par Walker depuis son travail sur Pola X en 1999. Pour ce projet, il poursuit sa collaboration de longue date avec Peter Walsh (co-producteur) et Mark Warman (chef d'orchestre) conduisant un orchestre de 46 cordes et 16 cuivres pour l'enregistrement studio. Adapté d'une nouvelle de Jean-Paul Sartre du même nom, L'enfance d'un chef est un drame qui narre les méandres psychologiques d'un jeune Américain en pleines tractations du Traité de Versailles à la fin de la Première Guerre Mondiale.
