Résumé La rencontre extraordinaire de deux légendes vivantes du jazz ! Pour la première fois au disque/video, "Le violoniste le plus rapide du monde" Roby Lakatos et le "héros endiablé" de la guitare Biréli Lagrène sont réunis pour un hommage unique à Stéphane Grappelli et Django Reinhardt. Les deux musiciens ont joué dans leur jeunesse avec Grappelli. Pour cet album, ils se sont entourés du puissant Modern Art Orchestra et de deux jazzmen de la jeune génération : l'exceptionnel batteur Niek de Bruijn et la nouvelle sensation jazz, le guitariste Andreas Varady. Au total : un hommage explosif au jazz manouche comprenant des standards comme Djangology, Nuages, Stella by starlight et Nuits de Saint-Germain-Des-Prés.
