Le ton est donné, ce disque, troisième volet de la série Carnival qui avait inauguré la carrière solo de Wyclef Jean, sera politique. Travel ban, fake news, immigration, ségrégation raciale, l'ex-Fugees crie haut et fort ses convictions, sans toutefois oublier la genèse du projet entamé il y a plus de 20 ans : le métissage culturel.
