Il s'articule autour de deux versions du titre All Delighted People, un hommage à l'Apocalypse, à l'ennui existentiel et à la chanson de Paul Simon Sounds Of Silence. La chanson titre a été écrite lors de la tournée de Sufjan à l'automne 2009. Complément indispensable de The Age Of Adz, qui contient aussi la chanson de 17 minutes Djohariah, et la ballade gothique au piano The Owl and The Tanager.
